In its constant pursuit of excellent customer service, Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) recently opened another Customer Care Centre in Eton Cyberpod Corinthian in Quezon City.
Currently, the seventh service center in the country and second in Metro Manila, the conglomerate has once again invested in reaching out to its patrons and made service even more accessible to its valued clientele.
Open from 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday, the new service center is just a few a minutes away from major thoroughfares and even a stone’s throw away from the MRT.

Meanwhile, Canon’s Customer Care Centre in Paseo de Magallanes, Makati has further expanded to become a training venue for its in-demand Canon Photoskwela sessions where CMPI patrons can learn from Canon’s esteemed brand ambassadors and partners. These professionals’ range of expertise is wide and diverse, from landscape to photojournalism to videography, and gives everyone a chance to learn about something they’re personally passionate about.

Early last year, Canon also introduced the online repair status inquiry on their website where customers can check on the status of their products that is undergoing repair. Besides this, Canon also surprises visitors of their service centers with treats on special occasions such as just recently, Father’s Day, Halloween as well as on other special occasions. It is this same reason why the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) just recently awarded the company with the Corporate – Gold Bagwis Seal of Excellence—the highest award given by DTI—for Canon’s consistent customer service and innovative programs.
